How to Lose Weight Fast

There are a lot of popular ways to lose weight quickly, such as:
  1. Calorie restriction
  2. Intermittent Fasting
  3. Not eating junk foods/processed foods
  4. Exercising more
  5. Dieting
 
But, what if you’ve tried some or all of the methods listed above only to lose and gain back the weight, or more weight? Or, developed an illness, addiction, or depression on top of the weight loss/weight gain?
 
Here, at The Open Heart Center, we ask a different question, altogether, and see different results. The question here is, “Who is creating this idea of being overweight in the first place? (Clue: Who is it that wants to know how to lose weight fast? Same answer, right?)
 
The first step to creating or undoing what is created is to accept 100% responsibility for the idea or thought of dissatisfaction with your weight in the first place. When you read and say the following statements slowly, notice how you feel in your body:
 
  • “I am overweight.”
  • “I need to lose weight.”
  • “I don’t like my weight.”
  • “I hate how fat I am.”
  • “I hate the way my body looks.”
 
Take a few deep breaths.
 
Now read the following statements and notice how you feel in your body as you state each one:
 
  • “I am the perfect weight.”
  • “I surrender to losing weight in a perfect way, time, and place.”
  • “Losing weight is easy.”
  • “I love and accept my weight as it is now.”
  • “I love my body just as it is.”
 
So, the good news is that since you have created being overweight, you can also create being the ideal weight. The current form of your body is a result of the thoughts, feelings and sensations that you currently have. That means that you can    have any thoughts, feelings and sensations that you choose and it will be done. You can undo or dissolve and redo your unconscious and conscious thoughts, feelings and sensations to create the ideal body weight. (Clue: This has everything to do with the thoughts, feelings and sensations that you may not even be aware of that are making the choices of foods, eating and exercise you currently have.) You and your life are simply a reflection of all (even the ones you are unaware of) your thoughts, feelings, and sensations.
 
Most of us think that if we don’t like something, we can fix it by criticizing, complaining, disapproving, not accepting it as it is, including our bodies. We believe that we have to feel bad to motivate us to work harder to get what we want in life and feel happy. (Clue: This comes from family and cultural conditioning.) The thoughts, feelings, and sensations that were formed long ago; you may not even realize are within you. Yet, that is what has formed your body as it appears now. Once you uncover and become aware of these thoughts, feelings, and sensations through the process I will walk you through, you will be able to:
 
  • Feel lighter and greater peace.
  • Let go of the desire to overeat
  • Have control of your eating
  • Exercise as you choose and love it
  • Feel drawn to eating healthy foods
  • Achieve your ideal weight in a healthy way and without dieting
 
There are many techniques for changing your feelings, sensations, and thoughts. Here at the Open Heart Center, we have collected what we have found to be the most effective, simple, experiential methods for transforming the thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a healthy, long-lasting way that we are aware of.
 
That is why here at The Open Heart Center we are offering a class called, “Radiant Health and Wellbeing From the Inside Out” this Fall 2018, beginning September 10th through October 19th. In this class, I will walk you step by step through a process so you can feel the feelings and sensations and recognize the thoughts that have been controlling your weight that you most likely didn’t realize were there, as well as the ones you know are there.
