 You may have heard the saying, "Attitude is Everything!". Or, you may have heard the saying, "You create your own future." Well, guess what? Your attitude and your future are a direct result of your present emotions. So ... if you want to change your attitude and change your future, while changing your relationships, health and finances at the same time, come join me! You will learn emotional transformation processes that are simple, experiential, and effective, along with the knowledge that will support and inspire you to use them!
Below is a list of questions that I invite you to answers to help you decide if the 'The Open Heart Center' can serve you. 

1) Do you have an ongoing or recurring person and/or situation in your life that is painful, frustrating, or annoying for you?
2) Do you notice yourself reacting to someone or some situation in the same way over and over again and getting the same painful or unsatisfying results? 
3) Do you hear yourself apologizing for your behavior repeatedly?
4) Are you enjoying the way you feel most of the time?
5) Are you wishing you felt better most of the time?
6) Are you enjoying the way you feel sometimes and want to feel happier, lighter, more loving, joyful, and compassionate?
7) Are you wishing you could feel happier, lighter, more loving, joyful, and compassionate?
8) Are you noticing self-doubt and fear holding you back from acting or moving in a direction you'd like to go and a longing to enjoy greater self-confidence, courageousness, and peace so you can take the next step?
9) Is there something you are desiring that you believe you cannot have?
10) Would you like to feel peaceful, imperturbable, or equanimous most or all of the time?
11) Are you feeling stuck or in a rut?
12) Would you prefer feeling relaxed and less anxious?
13) Do you have helpful, easy, effective ways to handle your emotions that lead to satisfying results?
14) Are you feeling like you are emotionally triggered and out of control more than you'd like to be?
15) Are you wondering if you are addicted to anything like food, shopping, media, drugs, a person, an emotion?
16) Do you express your emotions when they arise and then feel bad or guilty?
